Details: Our Classic Edition was purchased April 26, 2000 in Newport News, VA and we drove it home to Oregon the first week of May 2000. We believe our is the first privately owned PT to make the cross country trip. The ghost flames were added after that trip when the front end was painted because of excessive rock chips. The bumpers were painted at the same time. The custom tear drop was added in June 2001. We also added fog lights, rear spoiler It's a great look and very functional. The PT currently has over 43,000 miles and runs better than ever. We haven't had one problem with it. We like it so much that we recently purchased a Stone White 2002 PT with all the toys. The black car is used for commuting four people about 60 miles round trip every day from St. Helens to Portland, Oregon.
